Launch the AI shopper assistant on your website or a link
Choose languages and brand, then paste one line of code or share a hosted link. What shoppers see, and how to pause it.
The shopper assistant is your customer-facing AI: branded with your name and colour, available in your languages, and connected only to customer agents (shopping, styling, service, stores). Team agents are never exposed.
1. Load your catalog and policies
Products power shopping answers; policies and FAQs power service answers. See Connect your data.
2. Choose languages and brand
In the console, open Shopper assistant. List the language codes you serve, the first being the default
(for example it,en), and check your brand colour and tagline. Click Save.
3. Go live: two options
A. On your website. Paste one line just before </body> (or ask your web team). A chat button in your brand
colour appears in the bottom corner, and the assistant opens in the visitor's language.
<script src="https://servicebuddy.com/s/your-workspace/widget.js" async></script>
B. Hosted link, no website changes: share https://servicebuddy.com/s/your-workspace/ in social bios, emails,
messaging apps or as a QR code in store.
What shoppers see
- Your name, tagline and colour, with a language picker if you offer several languages.
- Suggested questions, product cards with photos and local prices, store open/closed status and return verdicts.
Pause it
Untick Assistant is live and save. The hosted page and the widget stop immediately.
Usage
Every shopper message counts as an agent run; see usage per agent and channel on Plan & usage.
