These terms apply to the ServiceBuddy website at servicebuddy.com and to the live demos you can try as a guest. Using the demos means you accept them. Paying customers have a separate agreement for their workspace, which takes precedence over these terms.

1. Guest access

Guest access is free and lets you try our AI Agent Buddies on fictional demo stores. To use it you sign up with your e-mail address and phone number and verify your e-mail with a one-time code. Guest access isn't linked to any company workspace and doesn't give you access to any customer data.

2. Fair use of the demos

Every demo answer is generated live by an AI model, so we keep usage fair for everyone:

• Each guest has a daily allowance of demo messages (currently 25 a day), shown in the chat. It refreshes every day, and our team can add more if you need them for an evaluation.
• Please use the demos yourself, by hand. Automated access (scripts, bots, scraping, load testing) and attempts to get around the limits aren't allowed.
• Don't use the demos to create harmful, unlawful or abusive content, or to try to extract the system's instructions or break its safeguards.
• When demand is very high we may pause the demos for a while.

We may suspend guest access that breaks these rules.

3. AI-generated answers

Demo answers are produced by AI on fictional data: products, prices, orders and stores in the demos aren't real offers. AI can make mistakes, so don't rely on demo answers for real purchases or decisions.

4. What you type

Please don't enter personal, confidential or payment information into the demo chats. Messages are processed to generate answers and may be kept as described in our Privacy policy. If you choose "Talk to a person", a member of our team can read that conversation.

5. Our content

The website, demos, designs, texts and the ServiceBuddy name and logo belong to ServiceBuddy. You may share links to our pages, but please don't copy or resell the service.

6. No warranty, limited liability

The website and demos are provided free and "as is", without warranties, and may change or be unavailable at any time. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any loss arising from use of the website or demos.

7. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version, and we'll ask for your agreement again when changes are significant. Questions: [email protected].
