How it works
- Finds products across languages. Your catalog can stay in one language. Agents translate the search, not your catalog, so a Vietnamese or Chinese question still finds a product named in English.
- Right-to-left done properly. Arabic chats, the console and emails flip fully right-to-left.
- Local money and hours. Prices use your workspace currency and number format (₫, Rp, S$, ฿, ₹, AED, €, MX$); store hours use each store's time zone.
- One store, several languages. A Singapore store can serve English, Chinese and Malay shoppers from one catalog.
- Your brand voice. Name, colours, tagline and tone stay yours in every language.
