Stock-outs lose sales; overstock loses margin. These agents watch days of cover and availability.

2 agents you can switch on today

Stock-out Sentinel

Flags SKUs at risk of stock-out from on-hand stock vs recent sales velocity.

Who it's for: Your team (console, API)
Data it needs: Products, Inventory, Orders, Order lines
Tools it uses: stock-out risk and days of cover; full product details

Ask it, for example:

  • "Which SKUs will run out in the next 14 days?"

Availability Checker

Checks stock for a product across stores and warehouses.

Who it's for: Your team (console, API)
Data it needs: Inventory, Products
Tools it uses: semantic product search with filters (price, colour, category); read-only SQL over your retail data (sandboxed per workspace)

Ask it, for example:

  • "Do we have the black clutch in stock anywhere?"

Coming next

  • Store rebalancing planner: Proposes inter-store transfers to fix imbalances.
  • PO status tracker: Answers "where is my purchase order" from supplier data.
  • Supplier delay early warning: Predicts late deliveries and impact on sales.
  • Allocation advisor: Allocates new-season stock to stores by demand.

How to turn them on

  1. Load the data each agent needs (upload, API or, soon, a connector to your e-commerce platform).
  2. Open Agent catalog in the ServiceBuddy console: agents whose data is present show as ready.
  3. Install, add your own instructions, and test in the Playground.
