Three separate language settings

Agents always search in the catalog language and answer in the shopper's language, so one English catalog can serve Italian, French, Arabic, Hindi, Thai, Vietnamese, Indonesian, Malay or Chinese shoppers.

English, Italiano, Français, Español, العربية (full right-to-left), हिन्दी, ไทย, Tiếng Việt, Bahasa Indonesia,
Bahasa Melayu and 简体中文. Codes: en, it, fr, es, ar, hi, th, vi, id, ms, zh-hans.

Tips
- Upload policies in the catalog language; agents translate answers. Local-language FAQ documents help too.
- Product names and brands are kept as in your data.
- Set brand voice per market, e.g. "In Italian, address the customer with 'tu'."
