Install and configure agents for your business
Browse the agent catalog, install the agents your data supports, and tune them with your own instructions.
Agents are ready-made AI specialists: personal shopper, customer care, stock-out alerts, trading summary and more. Each one lists the data it needs and is ready to install once that data is loaded.
1. Browse the catalog
In the console, open Agent catalog. Filter by domain (customer, store operations, merchandising, supply chain, finance…), use the Available, Ready on my data and Coming soon chips, or search by keyword.
| Badge | Meaning |
|---|---|
| ● live | installed and its data is loaded |
| ready to install | the data is there; click Install |
| needs data | load the listed tables first |
| coming soon | on the roadmap |
2. Install
Click Install on a card. Click Installed ✓ to uninstall at any time.
3. Open an agent
An agent's page shows what it does, the data and tools it uses, a built-in chat to test it, the API call to use it from your systems, and its recent runs.
4. Add workspace instructions
Short, clear rules in your own words, added to the agent's own instructions. For example: "Always mention free alterations for Gold members."
Good practice
- Put business rules such as return windows and non-returnable categories in Settings, not in instructions. They're enforced by code, so agents can't get them wrong.
- Set your brand voice in Settings once; every agent uses it.
- Test every change in the Playground before going live.
