Invite your team: roles and permissions
Give every colleague their own login with the right role: owner, admin, analyst or viewer.
Give colleagues their own login instead of sharing passwords. Each person gets a role that controls what they can do.
Roles

Invite a teammate
- In the console, open Team.
- Enter their email, choose a role (Analyst is a good default) and click Create invitation.
- Share the one-time link (valid 7 days). They set their own password and are signed straight in.
Manage access
- Change a role with the Role dropdown; it's saved immediately. Only an owner can make someone else an owner, and a workspace always keeps at least one owner.
- Link expired? Click New link.
- Remove someone and they lose access to the workspace immediately.
