Come funziona
- Capisce la domanda nella lingua in cui è stata scritta, anche quando il tuo catalogo è in un'altra lingua.
- Cerca le informazioni con strumenti, mai a memoria:
- SQL in sola lettura sui tuoi dati retail (sandbox per workspace)
- Ricerca semantica dei prodotti con filtri (prezzo, colore, categoria)
- Risponde con i tuoi dati, con la voce e la valuta del tuo brand, e mostra quali strumenti ha usato.
- Le regole restano nel codice. Prezzi, requisiti di ammissibilità e permessi provengono dai tuoi dati e dalle tue impostazioni; l'agente li spiega e non può inventarli. Perché è importante.
