L'agente Assistente Riserva e Prova è lo specialista di questo compito: trova in quale negozio l'articolo è disponibile, così gli acquirenti possono prenotarlo e provarlo.
A chi è destinato
Ai tuoi clienti. Funziona nell'assistente per acquirenti con il tuo brand sul tuo sito web (una riga di codice) o su un link condivisibile, e tramite l'API REST nella tua app o nel tuo contact center. Il tuo team può usarlo anche nel Playground della console.
Domande a cui risponde
Chiediglielo in una qualsiasi delle nostre lingue, ad esempio:
- "In quale negozio c'è la pochette nera così posso provarla?"
- "Posso provare lo SKU 21979 in negozio?"

Come funziona
- Comprende la domanda nella lingua in cui è stata scritta, anche quando il tuo catalogo è in un'altra lingua.
- Cerca le informazioni con strumenti, mai a memoria:
- Ricerca semantica dei prodotti con filtri (prezzo, colore, categoria)
- Lettura SQL in sola lettura dei tuoi dati retail (isolata per workspace)
- Ricerca negozi con orari di apertura in tempo reale
- Risponde usando i tuoi dati, con il tono e la valuta del tuo brand, e mostra quali strumenti ha utilizzato.
- Le regole restano nel codice. Prezzi, requisiti di idoneità e permessi provengono dai tuoi dati e dalle tue impostazioni; l'agente li spiega ma non può inventarli. Perché è importante.
